To blast the inside of pipe you can use rotating head pipe tools that allow operators to mount the tool onto a pipe lance the same length as the pipe to be blasted, and then worked through the length of pipe to achieve a quality uniform blast finish. All pipe blasting tools will have extreme wear and it is highly advised that operators have spare parts on site while using the tool. Using highly aggressive material such as aluminum oxide will require very frequent replacement of wear components.
